Explorer coil for wet sand

Hi, a friend has loaned me his new Explorer for a week or two prior to purchase to see if I like it or not.

Sitting in the corner it is large, heavy and a bit intimidating.

Question is---I have read the stock coil does not like wet beach sand. So, which of the available coils is best for a low trash ocean beach????
