Explorer II

I have just jumped into the Explorer game with a purchase of a used Explorer II. I am so excited to learn all about this machine. One thing I am having trouble finding is the coil cover for the stock coil on the Explorer II. Are they still available?

Contact R&L Enterprises and talk to Rick(ND). Make sure that you mention that James N.D. referred you to him and that Treasure Island in Fargo, N.D. still has some in stock. I believe they cost around $15. Rick is a Dealer for Minelab and if he doesn't have any Coil Covers, I'm sure he could stop by Treasure Island and pick you up whatever quantity you may need. I believe they still have a couple left and they are getting scarce since Minelab has dis-continued the Explorer 2 Coil and doubt that they still make Coil Covers, so it maybe wise to get more than 1 for a back-up. You can find R&L Enterprises either on the Whites Forum or the Minelab Sovereign Forum. He has a Banner on top so just click and either e-mail him or call him and let him know what you need. He's a great guy to do business with and if you can't get a hold of him, let me know. I only live 13 miles away and I could either call him or go out and tell him you need some parts. Remember, if he says he doesn't have any, just tell him that I told you that Treasure Island in Fargo, N.D. still have them in stock and he will get you one from there. Hope this helps you out. Good Luck and HH to you.:detecting:
