Explorer modes question

I use a Etrac but I have a question about explorers. If a person was going to share what settings he used with another explorer user, would the guy sharing his settings pretty much give the information in this screenshot?

It is close, but there are some differences. For example, some of the settings like gain have different ranges of values. Trash density and ground aren't settings on the explorer. Also, the audio for the explorers is based on a different system. I have not used an etrac so I can't tell you the exact differences. Do a search for explorer programs and you will see the settings we normally refer to.

I been searching around a bit and cant find exactly what I am looking for. I am more or less brand new to the hobby and am working on a site for Minelab users to exchange programs. Its my way of giving back to the community that has helped me. I have an etrac so I got that one under control, but I dont know exactly what data to display in a table or form for the different Explorer users.

I am a bit stuck with the Explorer's. Its going to work something like this.. A user signs in to the site to share their favorite program for an Explorer. They follow a link and come to a form, the form will have the settings and what region they use it in. This is where I am a bit stuck, do the different Explorers have different settings and what should be on the form for each of the Explorers?

I hope this is not going against the grain or causing trouble for anyone, I just dont know where else to ask the question

sure your not an archie in disguiuse???.it's a need to know thing on people's personnel spot's,AND.not really a good question to ask.but i'll answer your's.it's nothing like the setting's that would be used in the uk.the bottom two box'es are not associated with the se,that's for home downloading from your own spot.that's what's been intergrated with the e.trac,so im led to beleive.you dont have deep or fast switched on,trash depend's on the area your in at the time,wouldn't want it on in open clean land.the rest should be your own prefrence's.what have you found with the e.trac?.

1,thank's for the private e.mail.2,i'll leave you to work out what an archie is.3.i have no intrest at this moment in time for the e.trac.could i buy one,nope,could most probebly buy 10.but the fact that my co-ordinate's from a day's detecting are being broadcast worldwide,has me somewhat in a stir.even if the intention's of the machine are good.paranoia,not likely,just commen sense.anyone can make a bypass program to upload people's setting's,and find spot's.your intention's may be wholey and purely sincere.but it just not my cup of tea.4.i see now what your doing,your secret is safe with me from the stuff you relayed.5.i'lld rather stay on here purely and solely because about 95% of the people on here are just general detectorist,with everyday conversation,like mysef.good luck,hope you acheive your agenda.j
