Explorer SE coils on the Explorer II... will they fit?

I finally found a 8" coil for the Explorer, however it's for the Explorer SE, just wondering if the coil will work on the Explorer II :blink:.
 
Yes it will work fine no problem. The explorer 2 10.5 fbs coil does go 1 inch deeper on medium to large sized coins than the smaller SE coil though this has been proved by some dealers i know. I personally think the explorer 2 coil is depth champ, maybe not as sensitive to small items as the se coil though.
