explorer se pro came yesterday

outdoors

New member
recieved my new explorer se pro tryed it out in the back yard on targets buried about 2 years ago 4 inch- 8 inch deep
explorer hit every target, one spot had bottle cap and a quarter 1 inch apart about 8 inches deep, explorer nulled out on
the bottle cap and on the next swing the quarter sounded out, detector works great. my gti2500 always had problems
with this sort of things. the explorer over all is the better detector:super:

First day with a new detector is always exciting! And yes the Minelab rocks! I have a degree in archeology and although it is not my vocation I do a good bit of it including battlefield surveys in which we use metal detectors and I can tell you Minelab is by far and away the preferred detector of the archeological community due to its depth. Pretty awesome machine.

We are looking forward to you posting pics and stories of your finds. Good luck.
