Dose anyone know where I can find a short one foot extension cable for my headset. Any longer than 1 foot would be too long. Every place I have looked IE ; Radio Shack only has 6 or 12 ft ones.

you could always make one just be sure to use the same jack as the original stereo if so mono if it has to be the parts can be bought at radio shack

If you don't feel safe makeing your own. Try a musical istrument store. They'll have shorter ones or they can custom make you one also.

I got a 24" at radio shack and just coiled and tywrapped the extra length, works great. Used small cable clamps to secure the female end to the lower part of the arm rest. Really works well, earphone cord out doesn't hang up on the housing any more. Plugs into the factory headphone jack, so no warranty issues.
