Whaaa? :surprised: Eltons got a 70! :clapping:

Oh Man! This should make for some real fun this summer! What coil are you running and phones too may I ask? Got a picture of your new racehorse? I just like looking at them and havnt seen a fresh one in a while...is it new or used? Did it give you fits or did you find a nice comfortable program yet? It might take you a little while to find one your ears understand...then, you will really have some fun with that rig!

Q. What coil are you running and phones too may I ask

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A ..5" coil on this run
Grey Ghost headphones
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q. Got a picture of your new racehorse? I just like looking at them and haven't seen a fresh one for awhile

A Posting pic . new in the box with three coils ............ 5" DD, 10"Con and 11" DD
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q.Did it give you fits
-----------------------------------------------------------

A. Not at all.Runs very smooth and actually extremely quiet..A sweet deep machine... Keep in mind I ran the F-75 and their a lot alike... The F70 is much more stable than the 75 ..

May I offer some Unsolicited advice? Sell the 10, sell the 5, keep the GG's, and cut the Fins off the 11!...:lmfao: Loose the plastic wrap too...that brain box runs so hot, it needs to breath!:lmfao:

Oh wait, you may want to keep the 5...depends on what you are after of course...! Nice cats....hard to find a good cat...yours look fairly honest, but who really knows with cats?

Raining a little this morning ..Covers are not here yet for the machine............ I figure with three coils I am covered for any type hunting..
NOT A CHANCE I will cut the fins off LOL... ............... Oh, and the Cats.if we ever make a deal..The cats can be included.. My wife's cats !!!

I also like the Threshold dual function ....nice to be able to remove those small pieces of junk one doesn't want to dig.. A very nice feature not included on the F75's.
The Notch feature is sweet to ..Notch out what you want ..hit menu and detect.. It is not that easy on the F75 series to notch things.

Elton------Give mud a chance--he can take off those fins on that 11" with exact/surgical precision!!-----You'll be FREE---and besides that--the coil will look SO cool!:biggrin:

DON'T sell the 10...it also can find great things...just a few examples below.
Use em all!!!

If the term "sleeper" can be used for one detector on the market at all this would be the one.

..................... :yikes:...NOT A CHANCE ....................... It might glide so smooth I would lose control ...

I find I am liking it very much. It runs smooth too. I swear it has the power of my prior F75-LTD........ In DE Mode at least..

Good man Elton!!
That machine has more versatility and angles than Mud trying to con a "cannie" out of His breakfast burrito!
You are right, keep all three coils, they are all useful.

Nice rig Elton. I am sure if you ever change your mind on the fin situation that Mud aka "mod specialist" will be more than willing to travel to your locale to make the necessary adjustment (s) :poke: Look past the fins and look at the craftsmanship. :)

Looks like Calico kitty is up to no good. Soon as you look away kitty is going to expose an abundance of EMI to that cable......
I always wondered if there was a big difference in performance (F75 vs F70) Then I see so many detectorists state there isn't a whole lot of difference unless one is utilizing the Boost or Cache mode. Best of luck in your quest for goodies!

You will do well with the F70.

I wish Fisher would take the F70 and lower the freq. To around 6 or 7 for use coin hunters.

n/t

Yes The two machines are a lot alike. Yet each is different in some ways......

.and so all knows..........."I like the fins "..............

Yes Sir..will do Mr. Steinhoff.......... keeping them all..

Elton, did your O8 morph into an F70? I wish you all the best of luck with it....I would have one too if they were just a tiny bit lighter.

I like it

Furious T.I got carried away in the hoopla over the Turkey Machine. Traded my 08 in on one.. MY BAD !

Had an opportunity to get the new F-70 with all the coils in a trade in deal on the Turkey machine. I did it.

I will have another O8 version 6 in my future.. I loved that detector..
