Every one with a F-70 who lives were the ground is dry as a bone if your finds have dried up turn your threshold (gain) up to +9 and your sens up to 99 your finds will improve, I always run my sens on 99 but 5-6 on gain was maximum because of the noise but with the ground being so dry I can run the gain on +9 and no noise and I am finding silver again, dry ground is the best for finding silver.
