F-75 vs T2...

I recommend you be patient for a few more weeks regarding T2/F75.
Remember the old Tibetan saying "~~*^>;@-"
Which roughly translated means.......Wait a bit longer.
Nice to see someone misses KC.
Sorry to tell you, but KCK was apparently naughty (He is supposed to have 'unpinned' the forum's diapers posts.
Now that is not 'Secundum artem' as my old Latin teacher would say.
He and I are also 'Blacked' for irrelevant posting.
We never did resolve the difference between male and female detectorist.
Back to detecting per se.
Apart from what has been 'leaked' about the F75, what do prospective buyers hope to gain from the F75, compared to the Tek T2 ?
Do you think the F75 'frontage' is better in some way than the T2?
White's will also be hitting the market with their new baby.
There is also a whisper of a radically new detector being developed in Europe.
Come on guys, let get some opinions on the subject before the snows finally close in......MattR.UK.

The T2 runs really hot and does a great job at unmasking in iron and trash. I think of it as a better Relic machine then turf hunter. But it may turn out to be great at old parks with deep coins that are being masked.
The new fisher has some great extras from what I have read and can be programed differently. It runs more stable also but will it be as fast as the T2 in iron?
That may be the big difference with the two machines and if it is I would not buy the fisher. The T2 is so easy to set up that I look forward to doing it each time I firer her up.
A side by side test will have to be done by one of us, not by a magazine. A very honest test till that happens we really won't know how the two machines compair. I think the T2 will still be the hotter faster machine. And if we are lucky we might get a small coil to try out and it will be worth the wait to see what a smaller coil could do.
And who knows maybe another software update, that would make all T2 users feel they were treated fairly and not overlooked. But for now she is a fast light machine that maybe best if she is left alone?

It's a discriminating pulse detector that will discriminate iron to it's full detection depth & will work as well inland as on a wet sand beach.It can find small hammered coins in excess of 15" & is waterproof.If anyone else has more info to provide please do including any picture or field test results.

The Pulse Devil, from what I gather, is a hybrid pulse/vlf detector. Evidently, while the transmit 'pulse' is on and saturating the target, the vlf receiver is also working and analyzing the target. When the transmit 'pulse' is turned off (to allow the eddy currents to decay), the vlf receiver is AFAIK still analyzing the signal (could be wrong). Anyway, what it supposedly adds up to is PI depth with vlf disc. The Infinium, on the other hand, is a 'pure' PI detector that gives a dual to (hi-lo or lo-hi) depending on conductivity and it DOES work at depth. ..Willy.
