General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

F/S, F/T Fisher 1280x w/10" coil and accessories

I have F/S or possible trade my Fisher 1280x that I bought used in "like new" condition (honestly) off ebay on 12-17-09 for $599. I have filled-out warranty card to attest to that. It is the newer model with hard-wired, waterproof headphones. I used this detector for about 6 weeks ( 60-80 hours ) until I upgraded machines. Normal, minor scratches and scuffs for amount of use but still in very good condition. I literally only drained the first set of batteries before I stopped using it. I used this machine exclusively to land hunt and it has NEVER been completely submerged. The coil has been submerged in fresh-water puddles and used on wet sand but it has NEVER been in salt-water. The battery compartment and o-ring are in perfect condition. The coil has always had a cover on it when used. The picture of the bottom of the coil is how the epoxy-glass filled coil looks from the factory, it is NOT worn badly. It comes with the 10" coil, coil cover, unused padded carry case, owners manual, video and DVD. It also comes with extra fluff like "Hurricane Treasures" and a treasure log. Serial # 06091439. It will come packed, insured and shipped in the original box. I'm asking $395./shipped CONUS, paypal or MO. I am also looking to possibly trade toward a DFX or M6. If you have an eclipse 4x6 DD or any MXT compatible SEF coils ( 6x8, 10x12 ) I would be open to trading that towards the purchase price also. I have purchased several items on this forum but this is my first F/S listing so I apologize ahead of time for any hitches on this end. Rest assured I WILL honor and follow through on any claims or promises. My reputation is much more valuable than a few dollars. All questions and reasonable offers will be cheerfully considered and responded to. Thanks.
