General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I bought this detector two years ago from Kellyco. It has probably been used for about 5 or 6 months total. It comes with the Minelab 10" coil/cover and Minelab 8" coil/cover. It has always had a rain/dust cover on it to protect the control housing/display but has never been used in rain. I have mainly used the 10" coil which is in excellent condition. It does have a few spots on the bottom but is not worn or damaged in any way. The coil cover does have lots of scratches. The 8" coil/cover are like new. Only used long enough to test. Includes the NiMH battery with car charger and wall charger and a spare battery holder for alkalines. The plastic arm rest cuff was just replaced with an aluminum one. Also included are the Koss UR-30 headphones that came with the detector. They are in like new condition as I hardly ever used them. I will also throw in a "Swingy Thingy" harness, really makes the detector lighter to swing. I will sell for $800. I will accept U.S. Postal Money Orders or Paypal. Please, no trades as I am having to give up the hobby. I will pay for packaging, insurance and shipping via UPS ground to the lower 48 states only. Thanks for looking and if interested please send a PM to me. BTW, for those worried about rip-offs, I will be happy to provide my name, address and home phone number via email or PM.

manganos, I have added photos of the coils. Both top and bottom views of the 10" coil which is what I have been using. The only photo of the 8" coil is the top view, but this coil is in like new condition. Thanks.
