F2 new plug style?

Guy in Australia just got a brand new F2,3 coil package
said the 4 inch and 10 inch can't be plugged into the socket. but the 8 inch can.
anybody know anything??????

8 inch coil is male
4 and 10 are both female
socket is female

new Information
the head is male and has a screw connector, the 8 inch coil is female and has a matching screw connector. So that can work.
The extra coils received are both female and are the push in style so they bot can't work.

The factory has changed over to screw on connectors from push on ones. The dealer it was purchased from was made aware of this change some time back.

Now we must all be clear when ordering new coils to state plug type
Mr Bill do you know if the "pin-out" remains the same? the guy here will need to convert his coils
