F5 bible how to get it?

Ubuntu's cloud or somebody else deleted the file. I can't use the message system yet, or I'd give you an email address you could get a hold of me with. Maybe you could re-up the file to Ubuntu's cloud Sven???

I got the file saved as an docx-file (I even printed it out - because you never know...).
