F5 Serial Numbers

I just recently picked up an F5,is there anyway to tell by the serial numbers inside the battery compartment when this machine was manufactured?

I know that the early models had a push in coil connector, later that was changed to the screw in type. The control housing was really designed for the push in type, that's why the ones that screw in are so hard to connect.
