F70 #44 outing on the beach

This is my 44th time out this year. The Good Beach Fairies were good to me today. Picked up 2= 1964 nickels and a 1941 nickel. Got my second cell phone this year, junk jewelry and 2 toys for the great grandson. He thinks I go to the beach store and pick him up toys. Total coin count is 569 coins. Disc @ 20, Sens @ 75, DE mode, Thres @ -4, 2F tone with 11" coil. I also have the standard coil and the 6.5" coil that I use in tot lots.
I only have one detector and that is the F70. This is the first time that I haven't had 2 or more detectors. A light small detector for parks/tot lots and a deeper seeking detector for the beaches. The F70 does it all for me. I just change the coil....
Thanks for reading and Happy Trails.....Z

Congratulations on the finds.
I have the F75 and hope to beach hunt this summer too.

Nice hunt.

If I could only have one detector ... I'd be pretty torn about which one.

Thanks Marq. I am sure when you get out on the beach, the F75 it will work as well or even better than the F70. I am just a coin hunter and not really interested in digging way, way down for those mostly clad coins. Not even on the beach do I want to dig like that. Most of my coins have been found in the 3" to 4" range. But the F70 gives me the ability to get deeper coins. I noticed some times on the beach I couldn't detector a coin past 2" with some of the other detectors that I have had. I got real frustrated detecting a real deep signal and it turning out to be a soda can at 6". So I started looking for a detector that would go deep on the beach in all kind of conditions. I found my first detector that did that, the Safari and boy did that thing work great. But the Safari was too heavy to swing for hours day after day. I detect on the beaches mostly and conditions change from day to day. My friends at the metal detecting store tried to get me to try the F70 but being a block head it took me a while to try it and it did take me some time to get use to using it. I also discovered it worked right nicely on tot lots/schools and the places I hit when detecting. I got the different coils and only have the F70. Well tvr that explains that. Sorry for rambling so... Thanks for reading and Happy Trails...Z
