Well, just turned 73 and have been thinking all winter if I want to continue metal detecting? Last summer sucked! Winter was long and should I continue hunting? It was so nice yesterday I just had to go out and try another hunt. I really needed a park bench to get up and down. This is what I came up with for a park bench. If you have a bottle of Windex and some duck tape you can survive. It was hard carrying the Lecshe, screw driver and cane in one hand so I went back to car and got my yellow duck tape out and the cane I have in the trunk. This is what I came up with. I just may make another summer of detecting... Thanks for looking and Happy Trails.... Z
I thought we lost you in some form or fashion! Theres a lot of new 70 users on here that could learn from your experience with this rig...Glad you are getting out, you know its better for you than sitting around in the house!

I like coin hunting and for almost 5 years I have been telling people how good the F70 is for coin hunting. I see by the recent posts there are some very good F70 users posting with many good finds. Good work and glad to be a part of your group. Happy Trails....Z
I remember the multiple century days you would crank out...depleting clad and jewelry in the Milwaukee area...speed sweeping, deep neg thresh, shallow sens running park pickin' totlottin' curbstrippin" to be danged!....theres a few of your brothers over in Cheese Country that might step up and take you into some honey holes over there, fair trade for your knowledge of reading a site and getting F70 busy on it...Or, someday, jump on the cross lake High Speed Express, (they sell beer on it you know!) and come and chill with me for a little, bring the Wife, I'm sure our girls would get along just fine garage sailing, thrift malling, talking trash about us behind our backs!...
Maybe I'll rig one up for you with a 12ga shell on the end to use as a "bang stick" for keeping the sharks off hunting in the deep urban red zone!...boy! that would make the papers! lmfao:
