How many use the F70. How is it compared to the F75?

I guess about half and half of the posters here...theres a few who have used them both and can provide comparison data. I cannot, I have only used the F70. That being said, it certainly depends on the location, user, and targets sought as to which one would be "better" in a given situation...If you are thinking about getting one or the other, the decision would have to be based upon what kind of hunting you enjoy, your pocketbook, and the amount of time you want to dedicate to get to know it very well...I can say from reading the posts, it would be a good idea to get the 5"dd or some other small coil with either...this I also have not done yet, and will be a future purchase.

Thanks, I've had both the F75 and LTD version and they are great machines. For some unforgivable reason (I blame myself) I wanted to try the Etrac so I traded the LTD in, big mistake. The Etrac is a very nice machine, but has no advantage over the Black LTD except it runs a little quieter in some locations, but it is heavy on a 55 year old man. By far the deepest coin I've dug was with the LTD hands down.

I've had the F70 for several months but have not used the F75. All I can say is the F70 is a great machine. Glad I bought it.
