F75 O-RING

I'am looking for a new rubber o-ring that seals the housing on an F75. Purchase date of this F75 was 2008 Any info on where to obtain this o-ring would be appreciated... Thanks

Call First Texas at 915-633-8354. That's going to be your best bet of getting the exact 0' ring.

I called First Texas and they don't sell the o-rings. They can only repair it if the F75 is sent in. The detector is no longer under warranty. Thanks

[size=x-large]Send it in..it will not cost that much, and it is fixed..You get moisture in the box and you will do serious damage to the F-75..[/size]

I think they offered to repair it .......he seemed as if he didn't want to ship for repairs as it is a 08 year model out of warranty and Fisher would charge for repair.

Yeah, I gathered that. miserman, if you have one of the first run camo models, mine was the hottest of the other two F 75's I have and own. Probably worth the repair charge? HH jim tn
