In one post I used the term "recall"(however I did say those were not his words) and if people took that as what was going on I'm sorry. He did say to me, "We are trying to get back in all 11-14's to look at them". Again, if I caused ANY confusion in this debacle, I am sorry. Now, as for MY machine and the service I got from First Texas, I am extremely satisfied. They did me right so much so, that I will be looking forward to their new machines. I want to say thank you to Juan and the other service techs as well as I am sorry for causing you guys any grief.
