F75 upgrade for 2018

According to Fisher website they are again offering the F75 upgrade options. When going thru the online order process to send in the unit ,you cannot get past the step 5 process of entering your payment method. I have contacted Fisher and they said they would fix the issue. They also took my info and stated they would send me an email link with all the info to send in the detector. This hasn't happened and after several more calls they state they will return my call,still no response. Has anyone had any success in getting a response from Fisher to have their F75 upgraded?

I was able to send in the F75 today after a call from Fisher. They have moved the factory location where they do the upgrades, which caused the web site issue.
