Fall Hunt Update
Looks like the 18th of Oct. 2008 will be the Fall Hunt date. The $25 entry fee must be received within 3 weeks of my receiving your email with the following two pieces of information.
1-Your full name and forum user name.
2-A valid email address and phone #
When I get this info, the next step will be emailed to you.
If the $25 check is not receive in the allotted time, the space is open to the next person in line. So it would not hurt to get on the list after the quota has been filled. The hunt is most of 3 months away.
If you find you can not make the hunt after you have secured a place, the check is not refundable. The money is all accounted for to setup this hunt, secure the land, the parking, the prizes beverages and cover all other expenses. So be sure you want to go.

All motel and flight arrangements should be made to the city of Keene in the state of New Hampshire.
