falsing/dirt build-up in coil cover

Guvner,I read a post on this forum on how to prevent dirt build-up in the coil cover. Clean the coil and cover and, put a bead of RTV between the coil and the cover near the top edge of the coil. this does a great job of keeping out dirt and sand from building up under the coil between the cover.
