Farm Field Silver

I spent some time in a farm field Sunday. I got permission in the summer to hunt when the planting & harvest were over in the fall.
My best find was an 1857 Seated Dime. Also found a 1910 wheat, a 1920 Canadian cent, a couple buckles and a small button.
The other small disk is a mystery. It's well worn and appears it might be made of silver. I can barely make out a few symbols but they're not discernable.
Any Ideas?
