Diane and I decided to go out this afternoon and enjoy the sunshine and the brisk air to do a little detecting. Did a door knock and got a permission to hunt an old farmhouse. Started out with wheaties, and then Diane dug the neatest toy horse head, just a shame the rest of it was not there. In the same hole was a ceramic dolls head that was very neat as well. She also found a top to a jar that had patent date Jan. 11th 1898 very pretty and one wheatie. I dug a few more wheats then a nice copper reign guide and then a 1901 Indian which made the day. Finished up with a few more wheats and some clad. Nice hunt on a beautiful day.
