Finally got in my first trip of the year....

Between bad weather and health issues with everyone in my family, I hadn't been afforded a chance to go hunting this year until yesterday. My knees and back were protesting loudly at first but I eventually got into the groove of it. Hunted a local park where we had our club's spring hunt. Very tough place to make any good finds, but swinging the coil again was all I wanted to do. I surprised myself with some good finds in spite of the heat and humidity. An 1882 Indian Cent, 1906 and 1912 V Nickels, mangled Mercury Dime, and an awesome looking 1908D Barber Quarter with lots of mint luster were the good coins. Also scored a nice 1907 1 Horse Wagon License Tag from St. Louis. A few wheaties and other odds and ends filled my pocket with quite a bit more than I expected. Enjoy the pics and HH, Mike.

Hi Mike - nice finds.

I haven't been on Findmall for years (too many other things happening). ;^)

It's really nice to see an familiar name from the old days. I remember a few ... like Jim Upstate, etc.

Keep detecting and HH.
