afternoon after I caught up with all my chores around the house, it was brisk out today and very windy but lots of sun .
I have been trying to get to this site for three weeks, where the truck is sitting was a gas station but not a very old one.

But on the other side of the gas station was a old house that they tore down, they moved alot of dirt around but I did pick off two ih's just in front of the red tank right up against the tree tunk.

1865 and 1867 Indian Head Pennys plus a few wheats, I was surprized when I looked at the dates on the ih's, it was fun to get back out again, I really enjoyed it.

That 1867 lists in my book @ $40.00 in VF condition, $70.00 for EF, and $110.00 for MS-60. Congrats Ray, real nice finds! Let me know if you need any help finding the shallow ones!!

stun when the 67 poped out, that whole area had all the dirt moved accept around the two old tree trunks, thats were I headed first right off the bat after walking over the site. Hope you make some good finds this year Jim it's always good to see and read your post.
