Finally got to detect

7centsworth

Well-known member
Been working so much I have not had the time to detect in a few weeks. I got to hunt for a little over an hour yesterday at a place I have hunted some. I used the 6 inch coil 18.75khz there yesterday though. I managed a pipe mouth piece a 1899 indian that was coming in at 26-28 and some whatzits. It sure was good to get out and detect.

Nice finds 7cents! Congrats! I feel like i'm in the same boat as you! Not much time to detect. Hopefully this week, the wife and I are on vacation!

I hope you can get out too. It sure does ease the mind.

Congrat's on the IH, they are always fun to find.

I've had the same problem this summer,,, working too much. I'm lucky if I get out MDing once a week.

Great that you can get out and away from work....Can't let that MD sit to long!...Always like seeing what you pull from the ground.

Great finds! Hey 7cents, how are you liking the HF 6" DD coil? I'm about to pull the trigger on one for my XT 505. I would love to hear any input you have regarding that coil. Thanks.

I have always really liked mine. I have went back over a lot of places with it and have found coins I missed with other coils. I would like to have a digger coil but this coil is really good. I have also found civil war relics I missed with other coils because of the trash. I use mine a lot when coin hunting.
