its taken long enough so i'm kind of excited to try, if its anything like the deleons i've had it will be a super machine i think, very currious of the accuracy of the sum mode? mike hillis or any of you guys got tips to share runnig one of these or is it pretty straight forward like a deleon?
AMC, I used one for over 3 years mostly for jewelry in parks. Did well with it, found lots of gold. I really liked it, sold it only because it was single tone until I pressed the SUM switch, then it had about 9 tones. I really liked the depth meter, it was always on, no need to press any buttons to see depth of target. I replaced it with the ID Edge, has 4 tones, both are equal in air tests for coins. If the Cortes had tones I would still have it. Still have the Golden, keeping it in case I start looking for gold again, right now I'm having fun looking for old coins. The two Notches will accept ladies gold rings but heavier rings will be knocked out along with pulltabs. Lowering the Threshold while in Notch mode will help eliminate even more tabs and broken off beaver tails while still getting ladies gold rings. Jabbo
