Got an Olympus 360L "for the wife". Of course I will probably use it more than her since I'm on the computer so much. This camera seems like a nice little unit for $300.00! Decent resolution, easy to use, respectable memory etc. I figured I can't really go wrong with this one for a starter camera. Anybody got any experience using this? Can't wait to start posting stuff on the forums with it. Bye bye scanner! George Fatizzi

Nice going George. I did the same thing here. I bought my wife the Nikon Coolpix 880 for Christmas. I also purchased a HP deskjet 1220C printer a few days before Christmas so I would have something to print the pictures out on. The whole situation is like being back in High School and taking pictures and then developing them yourself. Sure is fun. Ours uses the 2CR5 batteries and I have already run one in the ground. I have rechargeables ordered but no one has them, they are back ordered most places you go unless you want to pay TOP dollar. I guess I can wait. Hope that you are having as much fun with your camera as I am with ours.
