FINALLY-my back's healing.....

................Went to the dr. yesterday;he told me I just got to work out the kinks in my back-WELL,To-DAY Im feelin that its Finally happening=Back's much better-All the spasms are just about gone,along with the stiffness...............Thank the Lord!!!
 
God is good and just be careful in not overdoing until your back is completely healed....because that sciatica is easy to inflame, act-up and bring pain! Praying and wishing blessings and healings from our Lord for you! Amen! May God Bless! :angel: Ma Betty
