I don't normally post all too often but I had to this time being it's my first time finding silver in my local hunted-out park. I've been doing good on the ring count this year and found 3 which were all sterling. I didn't have too much time today but went at it with my EX Pro with a Sun-Ray 8" stealth coil. This was in 8" of solid dirt amongst trash. When everyone mentions slow-- you need to go SLOW! I would have definitely missed these finds had I not took great patience this time around. The wheatie was in about 5" of soil about 4 feet from the dime. I had an half-hour to detect this afternoon and found these two in the first 15 minutes! Man, I was blown away. This is giving me much needed morale to press onward this year! Enjoy these pictures:

Congratulations on the pair of D's!

Interesting too how you got a '36 and '37. The dates on most of what I get aren't usually that close together.

Congrats :beers: on your fist. There will be many more if you are persistent.

Thanks all.. I'm happy to find silver for once. never found it detecting on my own like this. I'll update more if I get anything else out of this park. Good luck & HH!

Awesome! They are still out there! :detecting:
