Finally Some Hunting Time:detecting:

Been laid up a couple of weeks and couldn't hunt, but am better & the last 2 days have been perfect. Went to an old park close to where I grew up , It was old then & now its really old. Monday I got 2 rosies & a couple wheats, Only hunted 2 hrs Went back yesterday, found the rest of the stuff. The tokens are neat , thats my second soap token The softball token is pretty new but still neat. There were 4 in the same hole. That is my first Boy Scout slide or whatever its called. Was really happy getting 4 silvers yesterday. Going back this morning. HH everyone

Looks like the 1899 barber dime was in the hole with a friend. Nice hat trick on the dimes.

Yep, I can see another coin was sitting on that '98 barber too!! Was it the other barber?

Thanks for the input guys,there was a wheat in with the 98 barber, I thought I was digging a penny. Ipopped over my plug, stuck in my probe & it rang out so I dug around it & put the dirt on my towel,stuck the probe back in the hole & nothing, so I knew it was on my towel, ran the probe on the towel & found the wheatie, thought I was done but ran the probe over the towel again & got that sweet sound of silver. So you always have to double check. Thanks & HH everyone. Have a nice 4th
