Finally

After two weeks and three outings, I finally found a coin with my V3i. 65 quarter, thought it was going to be silver given the area I was in. Two minutes later found a 1950 Wheatie. Fixed my recovery delay to better match my former MXT and I definitely understood the machine better.

I will admit I was beginning to doubt moving up to the V3i from my MXT but now after finally getting a coin out of the dirt I'm looking forward to more.

Congratulations, nothing like that "now we're mding" feeling. The most common quarter ever minted was that 65 quarter, or maybe it was the 65 dime, the 64 nickel comes in a close third.
