Did i miss it or is there no FIND A FRIEND forum on here? Sometimes it comes in handy when you travel to find a local person to detect with. I guess we just post or at say the beach or relic forum if thats the type of hunting you intend to do?

I was going to post once i knew where i was going to be in Fl. Then realized there wasnt a forum for it. Hey ... besides i saw you giving out kisses and hugs to someone on hear in another post ill be ready to dig some dirt when i get back. Right now its colder than a well digger outside... looking forward to some sun. Im hopeing to hunt south of the cape this year, down by manitee base. Maybe some of the old stuff has drifted there. Happy New Year by the way, dont forget to eat your black eyed peas, cabbage, or what ever gives you that good luck. Looking forward to hunting with you in the Spring.... and thanks for leaving me the small change when we hunt together.

Where are you staying at? I will be in the St. Pete Beach area the first week of February.

In Jan ill be in the middle of the state... seabring. Im hopeing to do some hunting with ginseabring and a couple of the people ive hunted with before there. Then i think we are moving over to the east coast just below the cape. Id love to get lucky and a gold piece. In March we might move up toward jacksonville or over to Tampa depends on the temp at that time. I like the St. Pete area. I also plan on hunting somewhere around seaesta Key. This cold is killing me.... there just isnt anything i like about winter in IND.
