Find a nice antique ring this morning...

Went back to the same area I found 2 gold rings yesterday and pulled a very old ornate ring today... this ring won't be headed for the scrap pile

Most of the beachs I hunt are older or have history to them... I'm not after fresh drops...I don't even hunt where the people swim today... I like to hunt little out of the way spots... I'll leave the bigger active beaches to everyone else

Scott... couple things going for me... the beaches I hunt have been hit over the years by the VLF crowd and deemed cleaned out... these are the beaches I love to hunt with my DF... these beaches have few swimmers today and many are rocks and mud in the water... I know iron and when I am over it.. I only dig narrow targets, the long drawn out targets are always junk... I discriminate by ear.. My hunting partners are the same way... we don't dig alot of trash but we get the gold the VLF crowd can't... Get yourself a pulse it will open your eyes to what you are missing... I started with a pulse... I tried a Excal and sold it and went back to my pulse...
