TROLL
Went on 2 relic hunts with my Vista Smart and one short hunt out front of my apartment building. All the bullets where found at Pro Pointer depth or a little better. The silver quarter was about 10 inches and the 1952 India one pice was at least 8 inches. Never thought I would dig a coin from India, but you never know what is out in those fields. The barber dime was about 3-4 inches in my front yard where I probably swept over it 50 times with my other machines but decided to dig it with the Smart. The buttons, nap-sack loop and cuff-link where all around 5 inches. All my finds where with the round 11 inch coil except for the barber dime. Used the 11 inch elliptical for that one.
The Vista Smart is a nice relic machine so far. The deeper items where soft repeatable tones that you really have to pay attention for. Luckily the machine runs absolutely quiet until you swing over something. One problem I have with it is that I'll dig iffy signals and recheck the hole and the iffy signal will sound better but it ends up being a nail in the side of the hole. The Vista Smart is definitely a diggers machine. No cherry picking high tones. Have your shovel and strong back ready.
