I have been real busy and have been getting a few hunts in but no time to photo my finds and get em posted.
I hunted an old house, a field, a park, another park, a sidewalk tearout that I was out 3x now, etc.....just a mix of short hunts over last 7 or 8 days. Takes me to 128 silver and 69 injuns.
Got some silver, indians and wheats, and even 2 coins from Jamaica..lol

We all know how we can spend hours detecting and come out with nothing

So when we spend the time and "work it" and come out with the wonderful variety you have posted

Then all the stars will align and you can just enjoy:happy:

Major Congrats and Thanks for the posts and all your contributions

Yep anyone would like to have that many but we find what we find, Terry does it by hard work and research!

You never cease to amaze me!

great finds....you have helped me in the past...hoping you can answer this one....i'm pretty sure my partner and i are onto some caches...3 different ones...on hoard is scattered cant figure it out. vermont large cents dating from early 1800's...the other hoard is in a straight line of half silver dollars down a hill. there was an old barn there...dating from 1814...there are a couple others...i know there is some sort of pattern when they are in fields..i saw some patterns in a book at one time...cannot locate it...any idea where i could find some of this info...the weirdest hoard was 5 coins dating 1744 stuck together. almost like they were hit by lightening. i found a small lock and some very small "L" shaped nails with it....on a side of the pasture also...all these are a couple of different fields but i know there has to be a pattern of some sort if they were hit by some type of plowing done years ago...any direction of info would be of great help....thanks again...ginger

ok...well i tried...i did find atopic on this at one time saying something about an oval shape from a plow...i'll see what i can dig up....thanks anyways...ginger
