finds from this weekend with a whatzit

had an ok weekend. got a silver so that made my weekend alittle better. the whatzit is the size of a pocket watch, but is solid lead. HEAVY!!! anyone have any ideas? the other side has the same design.

I Think I see where it had a fastener at one time. I had found one a few years ago and I too wondered what it was and it is the same size and found out it was a pendulum for a old clock so that would be my guess.

It's a clock pendulum, for sure. Brass on the outside and weighted with lead on the inside.
