Last Friday went to a forest preserve I hadn't hunted for years. Got 4 signals worth digging. 3rd one was a trickey pin pointing signal. Dug out some dirt and the signal was good and popped up a pretty worn 1902 O Barber Quarter. Checked the hole and the dirt pile and found a Standing Lib quarter in the pile. I can make out the 1 and the 8 for a 1918 with no mint mark. Monday hit a preserve where there used to be a Scout Camp. Got a no date Buffalo Nickel along with an older shirt button (scout) and an Eagle Scout pin complete and with all the gold plating and a good pin. Yesterday went to another preserve I hadn't hunted in probably 10 years. Ended up and 2 old home
sites that were too trashy to hunt with the CZ5. With the numerical readout I was able to pick out 5 old aluminum milk tokens from a trashy area. 2 good for 1 quart and 3 good for 1 pint in Shermerville, IL. Later by a tree I popped out a nice FOB with a man holding a rifle or shotgun with a dog next to him. Can't make out the writing yet but hoping for a goodie. Heading out today also and will keep you posted. Take care all and God Bless.
