I tried hooking my 3030 to exchange 2 and it gives me an error and says firmware is out of date, please update and try again. How do I up date the firm ware? Thanks for any help. Charles

Firm ware up date

You will need your computer connected to the Internet and the CTX connected with the supplied cable. Then turn on the CTX and start the XChange2 application. There should be a small orange(?) dot to the right of the XChange2 logo. Click on that and that should get you on the way to the firmware update....
