First Coin Find

Hi all! This is whaddas other half (in case you couldn't figure it out! ) Here is a photo of my first coins found using my new Ace 250, on our second trip out. Not quite as nice a find as whaddas Gold ring on our first trip so I have some catching up to do. I found five of these coins in the one hole so it was a very exciting find, and it sure beats the ring pulls and foil found in large quantities.

Well hope you enjoy the pic. Will post more as I find more, and hopefully the finds will get better as I get a bit more practice.

Personally, with that kind of finding, I'm glad you are over there in Funnymoney Land. Don't need that kinda competition around here!

Thank you all for you kind comments and encouragement. Have been out again, but only found ring pulls, and some of the hardest ground to dig in, as it hasn't rained here since April so that makes it alot harder. I can wait for our trip to the beach at Christmas - sand sounds like a lot of fun!

I will keep you all updated with what I find, and hopefully it will get better as my detecting skills grow. I am amazed by some of the finds shown throughout these forums - they are amazing, so we will just have to get out and detect as much as we can, and hopefully we will find some interesting things to share with you.
