First day on the beach with the Ex II

I must say, the machine is a joy to use! Soo much easier than a GP Extreme, of course two machines built for very different uses.
I only made one small find, a dime about 7 inches down. It was easy to hear and easy to pinpoint. I spent time in front of some condos in Kitty Hawk that have some decent erosion in front of them. The 1971 dime looked like it had been in the ground a long time, I thought it was a penny when I picked it up!
I think if you are patient you can easily understand how this machine works after a day or two with the factory presets. I'm looking forward to going out tomorrow with some of the suggested programs.
