first day out with 705 in the park

all I can say is I'm in love with this machine. Not only did I find it fun to use, but surprised how sensitive it is on small pieces with the 18.5 dd coil. also found my first silver(part of an earing) not much to brag about but still happy non the less. Hope to start finding that gold soon.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your first time out.....You are correct about picking out small targets..I really like the 5x10DD,18.75 coil....I have the 6",but like the 5x10 for its extra size and how easy it is to PP with in seconds...on play Fields and the beach(dry sand) its my first choice.HH bob.oz

I kind of consider them tools, they both have their own purpose. 90% of the time I'm using the 10.5". When I need to get into tight places or I've found that it's just too trashy for the 10.5", I'll put the 6" on.
