Ok this has been a great week for me. Firstly I scored an almost new Silver uMax off my local craigslist for get this, $90 and the warranty card was never even filled out yet.
So today I take it out to my newly discovered park and just casually search in random patterns. I love to search on hills and the bottoms of them since I can imagine people rolling down them carelessly in a moment of Zen, lol.
Anyhow I am not used to the audio tones of it yet, but do love the sound. I was running at 10 sensitivity and on Iron in discriminate mode as Tabman suggests and digging everything.
Well I got this lovely repeating signal and found this at the bottom of a hill approx 3 " deep. at first I saw the T & company and figured it was a knock off, but after some research I found it to be the real deal. unfortunately it originally came with 2 crosses so I desperately searched the area for the second cross or chain to no avail. After getting home and searching I see it has a hinged link and can be used with one or 2 crosses, since the clasp was intact and locked closed I assume there was only 1 being used when it was lost. Anyhow A really cool Tiffany and Co. pendant, I will probably just keep for myself.
Hope all of you have some good luck in your week as well.
Cheers,
