My first gold! Small "tatters" to the old pros on here but I'm pretty sure this is how MDing disease spreads, cause now I'm itchin to hunt more than ever. I wish I would have started when I was much younger [50yrs old], but I'm gonna make the best of it from now on [I Hope Too Anyhow} April has been good to me with my first silver ring also Kenn.Half ,Sac. Doll. several wheats. Got the 5"DD coil ordered [itchin to hit the park with it] My April finds have been with the 11DD on my Delta. Also a old coal script from Feb. find thrown in. I know this is the common finds but I hoped to maybe get some Alpha and Delta "swingers" to get on here and share their finds, I know anywhere I have hunted my Delta's hit good targets, I hope to get my coil over some older finds soon. So lets hear from some Delta people !

Man that is awesome!!! I have only found one piece of gold in the years I have metal detected and it had been hit with a lawn mower to boot!!! Congrats on the ring. I am hearing alot of positive things about Teknetics. I am glad to see you had good luck with it too. I noticed from some previous thread that you were having a little trouble with your Delta and it freezing up on you. Did you get the problem resolved and also what was the problem? I am new to the Teknetic line and am excited to see the real neat goodies you guys are hauling out of the dirt. Way to go!! HH, Tim
Hey thanks guys ,BigTim all I can tell ya is after getting unit back it has worked fine? I feel it best to leave it at that. I would love the opportunity to hunt with someone with the Omega to compare [ disc mode] unmasking and depth capabilities compared to Delta. if both using same coil. but at least knowing I can use my new coils on any Greek series in case mine bites the dust is a nice option. I have not lost any confidence in the Tek line, even if I had I would just ask Mudpuppy to tell me bout that sweet f70 broom of his! Look forward to hearing how your doing with your new Omega! Hope it "sniffs out" some goodies for ya!
