First impressions of the X70

Like being able to make it single tone... a lot. Funny, I think I'm turning into one of those crusty guys who likes the way old detectors worked... the ones that take a fancy new machine with all the options and make it basic... turn off the multiple tones and run it in all metal mode.

The best part was I didn't even set up the shaft or the coil, I just swapped the X70 head onto my X50 setup.

Anyhow, the X50 is simpler, and I'm glad I ran that first, but I think I'm gonna like this 70.

But using Explorers and Sov's the tones were the secret of success. Only time will tell with X-terra's....again whatever works...
