Temperature hit 60 F and low tide for the local brackish water beach was mid-day, so had to get into the waders and try the Tiger Shark. Found small lead, pieces of pull tabs, full tabs and assorted junk. Managed to turn up a what I think is a 1952 penny that is about half the thickness it was when new (might be a 58, little hard to tell). Also got what I think is a silver ring. Will need to set up the electrolysis kit to work on cleaning it up. Was not able to get a good ground balance in normal mode but was able to ground balance in salt mode. I need to play with settings more; including taking the sensitivity down just a hair; it was a little bit chatty even with no coil movement.
Works well in these conditions. Will have to scout out some more beaches with the Tiger Shark.
Cheers,
