[attachment 342442 DSC_0320b.jpg]I found this in my front yard the other day. I'm sure I didn't clean it properly but it's cool to pull a little history out of the ground right under my nose.
 
Wow....real nice indian head penny....that's pretty good for your own yard!
Ive a house that was built in 1908. And the oldest coin outta my front yard so far has only been a 1925 wheat penny

Thanks for the comment, HH. My house is also old, built @ 1905. I have mostly found roofing nails and various other nails.
