First return

I found a cell phone on Indiatlantic Beach Sunday morning about 6" deep in the dry sand. Checked it when I got home and it still had battery, so I looked into contacts and found MOM'S HOME. Called the number and explained to the lady who I was and why I had her son's cell phone. She told me this was his ONLY phone, therefore she had no way of contacting him to tell him to come and get it from me. So, I got HIS address and took it to him. The ingrate didn't even realize he had lost it and was incredible rude. He had the audacity to ask me why I bothered his mother to find him. The more I deal with people, the less I want to deal with them. HH, Larry (The Palm Bay Pirate)

Well I never! You'd think he'd have half a brain and say thanks at the very least. Sometimes you wonder why bother, but we do for the sake of the one that shows a little appreciation! Ah, youth!
