First seated dime, coin or jewelry?

Found my first seated dime today, using a ground balance modified Tesoro Cibola and 5 3/4" coil. Around 4" deep in a field that had some foot traffic to and from a railroad passenger depot in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Only coin I found this morning. Of course it would be an oddity. Somebody made a pendant out of it. Would you consider it a coin or jewelry?

Maybe coolery ?
nice find in any event..

Silver is silver!

still a great find...... I've only dug maybe 5 or 6 seated with my best being a half dollar. They are indeed a special find in any kind of shape........go back and find it's friends!

I don't think it's a pendant. Many coins were holed to put on a string so not to be lost. I think you'd has been counterstamped! I would research what those letters represent. Very cool find!

Never thought about it being counter stamped. Will check into that.

Thanks.
